Beef Chuck Tender, grain-fed, USA *fresh

The Chuck Tender is a conical shaped muscle derived from the blade bone. It’s sometimes called a mock tender, scotch tender, chuck eye, medallion pot roast, or petite tender. Chuck can be cut for slicing into steaks and grilling. But the best choice for low and slow cooking – for braised dishes like beef stew or pot roast. Due to its fat content, beef chuck is also excellent for making ground beef.
